How to make it
Steps in our own plain words.
-
Peel your prawns, leaving your tails intact, and, using a cocktail stick.
-
Remove the digestive tracts.
-
Or, if you are using frying pan rather than terracotta pot, you can heat the prawns in their shells.
-
Season with a little sea salt.
-
Put the chillies, olive oil and garlic in flameproof terracotta pot or frying pan.
-
Set over a high heat.
-
Wait until the garlic starts to turn golden.
-
Add the prawns.
-
Heat for 1-2 mins on every side until pink.
-
Sprinkle over your chopped parsley plus some freshly cracked black pepper.
-
Serve right away.
-
If using terracotta pot, you can that straight to your table, but be careful using it as your oil plus terracotta will remain hot for several minutes.

A side we added to round out the meal. It is not part of the original recipe.
