  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 9 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter
  • 3 ¾ cups peanuts
Spices & seasonings (1): vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

How to make it

Steps in our own plain words.

  1. Line an 8-inch-square baking pan using wax paper or foil, plus coat with non-stick spray.

  2. Pour 1 ½ cups of the miniature marshmallows in the bottom of the lined baking dish.

  3. Mix the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

  4. Microwave the chocolate mix in 20-second intervals, until the chocolate is melted.

  5. Stir in between each interval.

  6. Add the vanilla extract.

  7. Stir well, until smooth.

  8. Reserve 2 tablespoons of your chopped almonds or peanuts.

  9. Set aside.

  10. Fold 4 ½ cups of your miniature marshmallows and the rest of the chopped nuts into the chocolate mixture.

  11. Move the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.

  12. Spread into an even layer.

  13. Right away top using your reserved chopped nuts plus the mallow bits or more miniature marshmallows, if using.

  14. Refrigerate for 4 hours, until set.

  15. Remove your fudge and wax paper from the pan.

  16. Peel all of wax paper from your fudge.

  17. Cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces.

  18. Serve.
