How to make it

Steps in our own plain words.

  1. Heat your oil in a non-stick wok.

  2. Add the broccoli.

  3. Fry on high heat for 5 mins until tender, adding little water if it begins to catch.

  4. Add the garlic and chilli.

  5. Fry for 1 min.

  6. Toss tofu, pak choi, soya beans and through the spring onions.

  7. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins.

  8. Add the nuts, soy and hoisin to warm through.

On the side: Steamed rice

A side we added to round out the meal. It is not part of the original recipe.

How to make it (25 min)
  1. Rinse the rice. Simmer it covered in water (2 cups per cup of rice) for about 18 minutes, then let it sit 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
