- 4 oz all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Sauces & oils

How to make it
Steps in our own plain words.
-
Line bottom of springform of 20-¾ inch (8-9inches) using parchment paper, I leave some overhang as your batter is very liquid plus may spill a bit.
-
Turn the oven on to 425°F.
-
Grate the cheese.
-
Take out the ham.
-
Mix all rest of the ingredients in a large bowl for around one to two minutes.
-
Pour half the batter in the prepared pan, it's going to be very liquid.
-
Place ham and cheese on top.
-
Pour the remaining batter on top.
-
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until top is golden.
-
Wait for some minutes before releasing from the pan.
On the side: Green salad
A side we added to round out the meal. It is not part of the original recipe.
How to make it (10 min)
- Rinse the salad greens. Slice the cucumber.
- Put it all in a bowl and toss with the dressing just before eating.
