2 ½ cups coconut cream
5 plantains
¼ cup + 1 tbsp sugar

How to make it

Steps in our own plain words.

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees.
Mash the plantains till it has a paste consistency.
Mix togher your coconut cream and granulated sugar.
Mix well.
Add muffin liners to muffin pan.
Fill the mixture into muffin pan.
Cook in the oven for 45 min until baked all the way through.
